Maintenance:

1.Perform an annual oil analysis on the transformer oil, and top up the oil level if it is too low.

2.After a fuse has blown, promptly investigate the cause and replace it with the specified model.

3.After an automatic trip of low voltage switchgear, immediately identify the cause. If electrical components need replacement, ensure proper fastening of the fittings.

4.Conduct a preventive performance test on surge arresters before and after the thunderstorm season each year.

Option Tips:

1.Before operating the pad-mounted transformer, pull out the pressure relief valve to release the pressure inside the tank.

2.Before removing plug-in fuses, ensure the power source and secondary load are disconnected, and release the pressure in the oil to prevent hot oil from splashing.

3.When operating the load switch, rotate the handle to the correct position. The load switch is used to disconnect loads below the rated current value.

4.Before operating the de-energized tap changer switch, confirm that the secondary of the substation is without a load, and that the primary is disconnected from the power source.
