The VS1-12 medium voltage vacuum circuit breaker has its main components housed within an insulation cylinder cast using the APG (Aerial Pressure Gelation) process. This structure effectively safeguards against external impacts and the influence of environmental pollution on the vacuum interrupter chamber. The circuit breaker is equipped with ZMD1410 series hermetically sealed ceramic or glass vacuum interrupter chambers, featuring a ring-shaped axial magnetic field contact structure that provides strong breaking capacity, low current interruption, and a long electrical lifespan. The vacuum interrupter chamber is enclosed within the insulation cylinder, making the circuit breaker maintenance-free, pollution-free, non-explosive, low-noise, and with high insulation levels. The operating mechanism uses a spring-stored energy operating mechanism, with a mechanism box containing a closing unit, front panel buttons for opening and closing, a manual energy storage hole, and a spring energy storage status indicator. The mechanism and the main body are integrated front and rear, ensuring high transmission efficiency and excellent operational performance, suitable for frequent operations, and can be installed in mobile or fixed switchgear.
