1.Prevent Overloading the 16 mva large electrical substation transformer: Prolonged overloading can lead to coil heating, gradually causing insulation aging. During operation, transformers experience copper and iron losses in their coils and core, which convert to heat, raising the temperature of the transformer's core and coils. If the temperature exceeds the allowed value for an extended period, the insulation may lose mechanical elasticity and age.

2.Check the Breather: Regularly refill oil if it is running low in the breather. Monitoring the upper oil temperature during 16 mva large electrical substation transformer operation alone does not guarantee safe operation. It is also essential to monitor the temperature difference between the upper oil and the cooling air, known as the temperature rise. The temperature difference between the transformer and the surrounding air is referred to as the transformer's temperature rise.

3.During normal operation, the electrical load on the 16 mva large electrical substation transformer should be maintained at around 75-90% of the 16 mva large electrical substation transformer's rated capacity.

4.Overloading can be classified into normal overloading and accidental overloading. Normal overloading occurs when users' electricity demand increases under normal power supply conditions.
