1000 kVA 11kV 433V transformer introduction:


Oil immersed type:

The 1000 kVA 11kV 433V transformer are essential equipment in both industrial and residential electrical distribution systems. They step down the voltage from 11kV network voltage to the 230/400V bus voltage used by consumers. These products are suitable for use in AC systems with a frequency of 50(60)Hz.

Operating conditions should have an environmental temperature no higher than 40°C and no lower than -25°C, with a maximum daily average temperature of 30°C and a maximum annual average temperature of 20°C. The relative humidity should not exceed 90% at an environmental temperature of 25°C, and the installation location should not be at an altitude exceeding 1000m.

Cast Resin type:

Dry type 1000 kVA 11kV 433V transformers are widely used in various applications, including local lighting, high-rise buildings, airports, ports, CNC machinery, and more. In simple terms, dry-type transformers refer to transformers in which the core and windings are not immersed in insulating oil. Cooling methods are divided into natural air cooling (AN) and forced air cooling (AF).

In natural air cooling, the transformer can operate continuously at its rated capacity for an extended period. When using forced air cooling, the transformer's output capacity can be increased by 50%. This is suitable for intermittent overload operation or emergency overload operation. However, it's not advisable to operate it continuously under overload conditions for an extended period.

This is due to the fact that during overload conditions, both load losses and impedance voltage amplification are significant, resulting in non-economical operation. Therefore, it should not be operated continuously under overload conditions for an extended duration.
